He has grown the company from a small drainage subcontractor to a respected, diversified water infrastructure contractor. Dirk is passionate about delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget, while maintaining high standards and enhancing Jaydo’s reputation within the industry and community.
Peter, Director and Construction Manager at Jaydo, has 40+ years’ experience in large greenfield and brownfield pipeline construction. He leads with passion and expertise, delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and on budget. Peter’s leadership ensures outstanding client service and continues to enhance Jaydo’s reputation as a respected contractor within Victoria’s water infrastructure industry and local communities.
Stuart brings over 15 years’ experience in civil construction, specialising in sewer and water infrastructure delivery. He has proven expertise in developing and implementing business strategies that maximise opportunities and mitigate risk. Known for his strategic mindset and strong operational execution, Stuart fosters collaborative, “can-do” cultures with clients and delivery teams, earning trust, driving performance, and supporting strong staff retention.

He brings strong technical and commercial expertise across water infrastructure, with experience in project management, estimating, and major civil works. Michael also provides early contractor involvement, constructability reviews, and cost estimating to support effective risk management for major water authority projects.
Keith is recognised for leading teams and delivering complex water and wastewater projects while fostering collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused cultures. He encourages open safety conversations and brings expertise across the full project lifecycle—from approvals and planning to design, construction, and tender management. With 17 years’ experience and deep technical knowledge, he consistently delivers efficient, best-for-project solutions.

As General Manager of Jaydo’s Electrical and Engineering Services division, he leads his team to enhance in-house delivery capabilities. Highly regarded for his expertise and hands-on approach, Randhir maintains strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Rob is a management systems and EHSQ professional with over 20 years’ experience across retail, utilities, hire, and construction. He has a strong track record in building productive relationships and implementing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems. Qualified in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Rob combines hands-on support with expertise in auditing, consultation, and business system development.
