As Managing Director of Jaydo since 1991, Dirk has been able to direct and lead the family owned company to its position as a well respected contractor within the Victorian water infrastructure industry. Through strategic decision making, Dirk has been able to grow the business from a small drainage subcontractor to a diversified water infrastructure construction company.

With over 22 years experience in the construction industry, 16 of those specific to the water industry, Michael's strength is in both the technical and commercial aspects of water infrastructure. Addtionally he also provides extensive experience in the early contractor involvement of some of Jaydo's major water infrastructure projects.

Priding himself on his ability to successfully and safely manage technically challenging projects, Keith has spent the last 12 years working on major water infrastructure projects both in Australia and the United Kingdom. As General Manager of Capital Delivery, Keith works alongside Jaydo's key clients to deliver major water infrastructure projects across Victoria.

Lendl is results oriented with over 15 years experiences across various facets of civil, pipeline and infrastructure construction. As General Manager of the Urban Development division, Lendl leads his teams to successfully deliver water and drainage infrastructure projects for various authorities, local governments and the land development industry.

Randhir is an experienced water and electrical infrastructure specialist with over 25 years experience. He successfully leads the Jaydo Electrical and Engineering Services team with his extensive knowledge and hands-on management, from design through to planning, engineering, project management, testing and commissioning.
